Why us?

we know how important it is to approach this kind of shoot with care, empathy, and professionalism. Above all, our priority is to make this a genuinely positive and enjoyable experience for the patient.

We’re not just here to capture their story—we’re here to make sure they feel comfortable, heard, and supported every step of the way. That means being fully considerate of their time, energy levels, and any specific needs they may have on set.

From the moment they walk in, we want them to feel like this day was made for them—something special, something memorable, and hopefully even a little bit fun.

CREATIVE CONSIDERATIONS

Setting and Tone for the HCP + Patient Discussion:

  • Studio setting: I will always advocate for a background / setting that has texture, sets a tone for the piece. I think we should stay away from seamless backdrops or anything that feels too clinical.

  • Tone and feel: I like the exercise of just spitballing some adjectives that helps us understand that texture. Hopeful, warm, honest, insightful all come to mind. I also don’t hate the idea of leaning in to something that helps blend in with the campus footage. We try to stay in this persons world as much as we can since this is really their story.

HCP + Patient discussion:

  • Visually I would really like to establish a relationship between the HCP and patient that implies trust and a shared history. Will share samples around thinking. Do they have any shared history we can tap into up front?

  • In our timing breakdown (from your deck) I would love to know what we are thinking around the hopeful message at the end. Is that a chance to get some dialogue just from our HCP? I think something direct from them that feels really personal would be powerful.

HCP Solo Testimonial:

Depending on the doctors message, do we know if we would like to frame as them speaking directly to you, the viewer?

Technical execution

  • Discuss teleprompter arrangement and flow a bit, if we go that route. Understanding that it’s a backup there’s a bit we’ll want to dial in there.

Campus moments

  • I would love it if we could incorporate some other characters in the campus moments. Is there any possibility to cast an extra, or possibly pull 1-2 people off my crew who have built trust from the first day of shooting to be on camera, spend time with our Patient?

Graphics

  • As far as I understand you do not need any post/editorial help. But if there’s any discussion about our contribution there, we can talk graphics.

Who We Are

We like to COMMUNICATE. A lot.

We’re happy to be your talkers. Pitches, brainstorms, consultations, and restaurant recommendation. Give us your biggest challenge and we’d be happy to take the lead on it.

We’re AGILE.

We aren’t a “give us 24 hours to respond to your ticket” operation. We aren’t afraid to move quick and get our hands dirty. That’s where it’s the most fun.

We’re obsessively ORGANIZED.

Sharing a tool with a client that helps save them time is such a good feeling. We’ve got our process dialed in with the goal of saving us all time.

We hear this one from clients a lot so it’s worth sharing… We’re DIRECT.

We are not here to patronize you, tell you what you already know, or tell you how amazing you are. We’re here to help you put together the possible product. We’re candid, honest, hard working folks. No fluff. We love what we do, we value honesty, and we really think this kind of environment is what welcomes the most positive, enjoyable production experience for you and your clients. We are also not gatekeepers. We’re as friendly as they come. You do not need to be an expert in our field. It’s why you hired us. We love questions, we love people who aren’t sure the right path forward, and we love honest lines of communication!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing clients. To name a few…

Lets get to work!

We’ll get notified immediately and get right back to you.
